The cost of treatment depends on the severity of your condition. We will discuss fees and payment options prior to treatment. We offer flexible payment plans, including a no down payment option. It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget!
Fees
In an effort to keep our fees down, while maintaining the highest level of professional, quality care, we have established the following financial policy:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, and offer third party financing.
- We offer a discount if payment is made in full at the start of treatment.
- We can arrange extended monthly payment plans to accommodate your financial needs.
- Although we make every effort to accommodate patients experiencing financial difficulty, if your account becomes seriously delinquent, we will discontinue treatment.
Insurance
We accept assignment of insurance benefits and make every effort to work with insurance company on your behalf. To assist you, we provide a pre-estimation of your coverage, file claims and handle any questions or concerns as they arise.
