At this appointment, diagnostic records are taken so Dr. Krieg or Dr. Pajtas can determine the best course of treatment for your particular case. Diagnostic records include your medical/dental history, a clinical exam, photos of your face and teeth and X-rays. If you are ready to begin treatment, we will discuss your treatment plan as well as your financial obligation. We will also discuss payment options. This visit is complimentary to you.
At this appointment, we will review your treatment plan and other paperwork. We will create plaster working models of your teeth, which are used to set up your braces or make other appliances.
The placement of braces and/or other appliances typically takes 1 to 2 hours. We will then see you regularly for adjustments; 5 to 10 weeks apart. Adjustment appointments usually take 20 to 30 minutes.
We see patients by appointment only. We make every effort to remain on schedule, and ask that you extend this same courtesy to us by arriving at your appointments on time. If, for any reason you need to reschedule, please contact us immediately.
