We like that the office is a fun place to visit with its nautical theme, good reading material, an internet café, and of course the coffee/tea station and the captain coins! We really like the fact that we are kept up to date with our child’s progress and concerns. The office is well-organized and efficient and the staff is very friendly. Our children’s orthodontic care was gentle and thoroughly explained to eliminate the fear factor.
Our family has been under the professional care of Dr. Krieg for 16 years now. Six of our children have received orthodontic care with five completed. As a result of their treatment, my children have become more confident and definitely more “smiley.”
Our experience at Dr. Krieg and Dr. Pajtas’ office has been excellent! This is in stark contrast to the sterile environment I experienced as a child when I got my braces.

Going to the orthodontist for the first time at age 55 was a pretty scary event. But my vanity got the best of me and I just wanted teeth without large spaces in-between. So I began my search. I first met Dr. Krieg at church and because I knew his character I felt comfortable making an appointment.
What a great surprise when I arrived, with the first “hello” from the gals at the counter to the final “goodbye” from the techs and doctor. Everyone was so delightful, cheerful and they all put my fears at ease. My teeth look great and I would recommend LakePointe Orthodontics to anyone!

Dr. Krieg is truly a professional and concerned about the right treatment plan for his patients. He does what is best, running the practice and office operations with the help of his talented team like a family and not a cold “by the numbers” business. He may not be the cheapest, just the best in his field.
Dr. Krieg is in no hurry to treat. Time is sometimes a friend to the process. His office offers flexible payment options and they are very good at explaining the overall plan and helping people to understand treatment.

Even as a dentist, I didn’t realize that getting my teeth aligned would make the improvement that it did. I had gotten used to them and until they started moving and I saw “before” pictures of me and how my teeth looked …what a change! They look so much nicer now; I think I brush my teeth more often and longer now than ever before.
Though my daughter and I had no treatment elsewhere, after discussion with others, I’m very glad we were treated at Dr. Krieg’s office. Everyone was always pleasant and helpful, even when I had an emergency requiring a bracket be replaced.
